Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions define the general principles and manner of providing the service electronically, i.e., Event scheduling by the Organizer, based on Section 6A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India), on the provision of services by electronic means.

Definitions:

By accessing [website URL] or using the Convene App mobile app (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You must be [age, e.g., 18+] and legally capable of entering a contract.
• When you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Use of the app is also subject to the relevant app store's terms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play). IntelliCredence is solely responsible for the app; app-store providers are not obligated to provide maintenance or handle claims.

• Fees: Prices, taxes, and billing cycles are shown at checkout or in your plan details.
• Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Trials: Free trials convert to paid unless cancelled before trial end.

• Failed Payments: We may suspend or limit access for non-payment.

The Service may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways, analytics, maps). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or privacy practices.

• We process personal data as a controller/processor (as applicable) in accordance with applicable laws (including India's DPDP Act, 2023 and other relevant regulations where you operate).

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the Service (in whole or part) with or without notice. We are not liable for downtime, delays, or data loss except as required by law or a separate written SLA.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntelliCredence and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability for claims arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of amounts paid by you.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, pose security/operational risks, or as required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, payments due, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, governing law) will survive termination.

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction e.g., Republic of India], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
