Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Convene App. These terms govern your access to and use of our services.
Convene App Terms and Conditions

Section 1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions define the general principles and manner of providing the service electronically, i.e., Event scheduling by the Organizer, based on Section 6A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India), on the provision of services by electronic means.
Definitions:
The Organizer Module
Centralizes event management by enabling organizers to create, launch, and track events, attendees, revenue, and ticket sales with streamlined tools for scheduling, updates, and quick actions.
The Attendee Module
Empowers users to discover and register for events, manage tickets, track history, and access personalized recommendations and bookmarks from one dashboard.
The Speaker Module
Enables speakers to manage events, monitor performance, earnings, and ratings, while discovering and applying for upcoming speaking opportunities with ease.
The Sponsor Module
Helps sponsors track investments, ROI, and leads, manage sponsorship packages and approvals, and explore upcoming opportunities to boost event visibility.
The Venue Module
Enables managers to track bookings, capacity, and ratings, manage requests, list venues, and access event opportunities to connect with organizers and maximize visibility.
The Caterer Module
Allows providers to track events, guests, revenue, and ratings, manage schedules and services, and connect with organizers through event opportunities to showcase offerings and grow their client base.
The Community Module
Enables organizers, attendees, sponsors, speakers, and caterers to engage through real-time conversations, questions, polls, and announcements, while fostering interaction with tagging, image sharing, and member activity tracking.
Section 2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing [website URL] or using the Convene App mobile app (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Section 3. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be [age, e.g., 18+] and legally capable of entering a contract.
- When you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Section 4. License & Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works
- Reverse engineer or scrape
- Bypass security or usage limits
- Upload malware
- Use the Service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful activities
- Infringe third-party rights or our brand guidelines
Section 5. App Stores & Device Terms
Use of the app is also subject to the relevant app store's terms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play). IntelliCredence is solely responsible for the app; app-store providers are not obligated to provide maintenance or handle claims.
Section 6. Content & Intellectual Property
Our IP:
The Service, software, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and other content are owned by IntelliCredence or its licensors and protected by law. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
Your Content:
If you upload or submit content ("User Content"), you grant IntelliCredence a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display the content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent you have the necessary rights to grant this license.
Takedowns:
Report alleged infringement to contact@intelliconvene.com with details; we may remove content at our discretion.
Section 7. Payments, Subscriptions & Trials (if applicable)
- Fees: Prices, taxes, and billing cycles are shown at checkout or in your plan details.
- Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Trials: Free trials convert to paid unless cancelled before trial end.
- Refunds: [State refund policy clearly—e.g., pro-rata, cooling-off period, or "all sales final except as required by law."]
- Failed Payments: We may suspend or limit access for non-payment.
Section 8. Third-Party Services & Links
The Service may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways, analytics, maps). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or privacy practices.
Section 9. Privacy & Data Protection

- We process personal data as a controller/processor (as applicable) in accordance with applicable laws (including India's DPDP Act, 2023 and other relevant regulations where you operate).
- We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures; however, no system is 100% secure.
Section 10. Service Availability & Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the Service (in whole or part) with or without notice. We are not liable for downtime, delays, or data loss except as required by law or a separate written SLA.
Section 11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntelliCredence and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability for claims arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of amounts paid by you.
Section 12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold IntelliCredence, its directors, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your:
- Use of the Service
- Breach of these Terms
- Infringement of third-party rights
Section 13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, pose security/operational risks, or as required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, payments due, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, governing law) will survive termination.
Section 14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction e.g., Republic of India], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
- Venue/Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved in [Bengaluru, Karnataka] courts or by binding arbitration under [Rules e.g., Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 / SIAC rules] in Bengaluru, English language. You waive class/representative actions to the extent permitted by law.
Section 15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
